The Business Investment Portfolio are offered to Businesses, Business Consortia, Government Public entities and Individual members of SocioCorporate who wish to own Equity Shares in a feasible Real Estate Assets worldwide. The investors have an option of either own the Equity Shares of the Asset and or buy security shares where to earn monthly interest rates accordingly.

The Equity Investors are the owners of the Real Estate Asset(s) and therefore central in all the decisions governing that given Asset. Such investors also have an added advantage of acquiring “Investors Visas” of the Country of where the Asset originated but also according to the immigration rules and procedure of that particular Country.
